Save The Date – Friday 30th June 2023

On 30th June 2023, Unity Schools Partnership will be holding Unity Day ’23. Hosted by Thomas Gainsborough School and Wells Hall Primary School, Unity Day is for all staff across Unity Schools Partnership. Unity Day is a time to celebrate, collaborate and cultivate.

We celebrate the excellent opportunities accessed, and outcomes achieved, for staff, pupils and our communities over the past year.  Unity Day gives the time and space for staff to cultivate their knowledge and skills across a diverse range of phases and settings, collaborate with colleagues across the Unity network and beyond and nurture wellbeing strategies.

What an amazing day. I was really inspired and found the wide range of sessions on offer allowed me to pursue my own goals for next year.

Teacher – Haverhill

I thoroughly enjoyed it and loved the mix of wellbeing activities such as Archery and the important education factors such as behaviour and leadership.

Primary School – Essex

The content of Unity Day is organised into 7 themes: leadership; teaching & learning; equality, diversity & inclusion; safety & safeguarding; business & administration; technology & innovation; wellbeing & health.

The timetable will be dual-coded allowing you to plan your day more efficiently.

Sign up to present

We’re looking for presenters from across Unity Schools Partnership and beyond, who can deliver great 50 minute sessions. We welcome submissions from all voices across the Unity network particularly from under-represented people or groups.  You could deliver a presentation, run a workshop, chair a panel discussion, hold one-to-one sessions, teach a skill or help people have fun.  We’d love you to run more than one session; make sure to fill in one form for each session.
